Lord-Lieutenant presents British Empire Medals

The Lord-Lieutenant presented British Empire Medals to Mr Nigel Scott and Mr David McMath.

The ceremony took place in the Council Chambers, Kirkcudbright and was attended by family and friends.

Mr Scott BEM received his medal for services to the Scout movement and to older people in the South West of Scotland.

Mr McMath BEM received his medal for services to Association Football.
